As the intro credits state, everyone who covers Jimi Hendrix MUST (at some point in their life) do a cover of "Purple Haze". It's simply a fact of life, and it cannot be denied! :P Jimi's old-school fuzz tone is very hard to emulate, so I did my best using Fulltone pedals combined with the lead channel on my amp (with a lot of gain) and an Alesis NanoVerb reverb unit.
