And yes, I know that on the cover it is, indeed, a Queen's piece. I only had a brief look at it, after all. Also, it's not Mrs. Newton who is in the car watching Bella. It's actually Mrs. Weber, but she can't tell that Bella knows that she is staring, because of the tinted windows... I'll let you read the chapter.
